GRAHAM WATSON MEP

and also Leader of the Alliance of Liberals

and Democrats in Europe.

DEVON COUNTY COUNCILLORS

DCC runs local schools, libraries, children's

and youth services, social services, roads

and transport, and trading standards.

NORTH DEVON DISTRICT COUNCILLORS

NDDC runs local planning, refuse collection,

environmental health, housing, council tax,

recreation and economic development services.
